Backyard compost bins will be available at the workshops at a $20 discount for residents of the unincorporated area of Santa Cruz County and Scotts Valley who register in advance. For more information or to pre-register for a workshop contact the Rotline, 423-HEAP (4327) or visit www.compostsantacruzcounty.org
